I actually bought this from a local big name store for $4.00. I figured it would be another waste of money, but at least it was cheap! To my surprise, this has been the best appetite suppressant that I have found. I have had no jitters or nausea. I make sure to eat shortly after taking the pill in order to avoid nausea. Although, one day I took it with just V8 and was fine. I have only taken it for two days so I'm not sure about any sort of "fat burning" claim. However, I can surely claim that it has suppressed my appetite very effectively. Good luck to all of you trying to lose weight and get healthy!!!

this item is great i lost about 1-2 pounds the two days. It acctually didn't curve my appitite i still ate the same, but my metabolism was at a higher rate and burned all the fat i consumed.i would say for this low price this product is awsome !

I've taken this product faithfully for 2 months...around 10am and 3pm daily. I've also been working out for at least 45 minutes 5-6 days a week...a mix of cardio and strength training. So far, I've lost 18 lbs (2 lbs lost a week). I'm not as hungry and I don't crave "sweets" as much. I have more energy but I really can't tell if my metabolism is increased or not. If nothing else, this product DEFINITELY helps to curb my appetite which is half the battle for me. You WILL get faster results if you're working out too. I am NOT skipping meals...just eating smaller portions. Hope this helps.

I've tried a bunch of different appetite control products. Dexatrim and all those things. I didn't think this one would be very good, because it was the cheapest thing on the shelf. But I have to say, out of all the stuff I've tried, this probably worked the best.
Its not to say that Its perfect, because I still get hungry, but not nearly as much as with the other types of products. All in all I'm happy with it, and I'll keep buying it. Can't beat the price, either.

After taking this product for the first time, I was violently vomiting within 20 minutes. I don't know what they put in this to cause this kind of reaction in my body. I've never reacted like this to a product before. I really regret trying this and will never use it again. Everyone is different. maybe it'll work for you, but for me it was horrible!

I have a question I have been trying to loose some weight for like a long time now, i just turned 16 and i just i have a lot of pudge and i try to excersise and diet but its so hard because i am constantly in shows and rehersals. So i recently bought these diet pills.. Megat T green Tea diet pills? I had my first one today and i just want to know ANYTHING about them. do they work good? When will i see results will i see results? there safe right. ANY help woould be appreciated<3
if i do like 300 crunches before i go to bed each night plus the pills will they still be affective? thats the only time i could really have time to excersise. Please help

Well my mother takes them. She lost over 40 pounds but not just because of those pills. She said all they really do is give her a lot of energy. She takes them and goes on long walks and she said they also help to crub her appetite. You should take them and also try to squeeze in at least 45minutes ofexcercise a day or every other day... Also, watch what you eat. Count them calories and make your portions smaller girl... good luck

Hoodia Slimming Tea...do you get the same results with the tea as you do with the pills?
I've been reading up on Hoodia as of late. I don't find that swallowing pills is the easiest for me to do, so I was searching for an alternative. I found a tea called Hoodia Slimming Tea by Bija. Does anyone know if this would get the same results as the pill? Does it contain 100% of the Hoodia plant? Any advise would be helpful. It's not expensive, so I'm assuming that it doesn't contain 100%. Here is the site that I found it off of:

The problem with Hoodia Slimming Tea is that it does not contain very much hoodia. A better choice if you don't like pills would be a hoodia liquid concentrate or a more powerful tea. Totalink has a great unbiased Hoodia Liquid comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodialiquid.html in the "Confidence" column it will indicate if the brand is "Certified". These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product.
